How long does it take to process my order?
Most in-stock items are processed within 3โ5 business days.
If your order includes pre-order or made-to-order products, we'll send you an email after your purchase with the estimated processing time before shipment.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Yes. Orders can be cancelled or modified before they have been shipped.
If you wish to cancel your order before shipment, a 5% payment processing and transaction fee will be deducted from your refund to cover non-refundable payment processing costs.
Once your order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled or modified.
How can I check my order status?
We'll automatically send email notifications as your order progresses.

Where do you ship from?
All orders are shipped from our fulfillment partners in Sichuan Province, China.
Our customer support team is based in Chengdu, China, where we manage customer service, order processing, and communication with our partner brands.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! Frill Paws proudly ships to most countries and regions worldwide.
If you're unable to complete checkout because your country isn't currently available, please don't worry.
Simply contact us at support@frillpaws.com, and we'll check whether shipping can be arranged for your location. If possible, we'll add your country to our available markets.
How long does shipping take?
After your order has been shipped, international delivery typically takes approximately:

Actual delivery times may vary depending on your destination, customs clearance, local postal services, weather conditions, and holiday periods.
Will I receive a tracking number?
Absolutely.
Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and tracking link.
You can use this tracking number to follow your package throughout its international journey.
My tracking hasn't updated. Is this normal?
Yes, this is completely normal in many cases.
During the first 1โ4 days after shipment, your package is usually being transported within China before reaching the international export facility. Tracking updates may not appear immediately during this stage.
If your package has already entered international transit and hasn't updated for an unusually long period, our team will actively monitor the shipment and work with the shipping carrier whenever necessary.
Will I need to pay customs duties or import taxes?
For most destinations, Frill Paws covers applicable customs duties and import taxes, so the total amount shown during checkout is generally the only amount you'll need to pay.
The only exception is Brazil. Customers shipping to Brazil are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or government fees required by local authorities.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes!
Frill Paws offers free shipping once your order reaches the minimum purchase requirement.
- Free shipping starts from USD $79 for eligible regions.
- Some destinations require a minimum purchase of USD $89.
The applicable free shipping threshold for your location will be displayed automatically during checkout.

Can I return or exchange an item?
Because our products are wearable pet apparel, we unfortunately cannot accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as changing your mind, ordering the wrong size, or personal preference.
This policy helps protect the health and safety of pets by preventing cross-contamination. In addition, international return shipping is often more expensive than the value of the product itself, making returns impractical for both customers and our team.
However, if your order arrives with a quality issue, damaged item, or an incorrect product, please contact us and we'll be happy to help.
What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
We're very sorry if something isn't right with your order.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue as quickly as possible, please include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the product
- Photos showing the issue or damage
Our team will carefully review your case and determine the most appropriate solution based on the situation. Depending on the circumstances, this may include a replacement, partial refund, full refund, store credit, or another suitable resolution.
Can I request a refund after my order has been shipped?
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled because it has already entered the international shipping process.
If you experience any issues after receiving your package, please don't hesitate to contact us. We'll always do our best to find a reasonable solution.
What if I ordered the wrong size?
Since our products are pet clothing, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges due to ordering the wrong size.
We strongly recommend measuring your pet carefully and referring to the size chart provided on each product page before placing your order.
If you're unsure which size is best, simply contact us before purchasing. We'll be happy to provide sizing recommendations based on your pet's measurements.
How long does it take to process a refund?
If a refund is approved, we'll process it as soon as possible.
After the refund has been issued, the time it takes for the funds to appear in your account depends on your payment provider or bank.
Most payment providers complete the refund within several business days, although some banks may take longer.

Do you restock sold-out items?

Why is my order shipped in multiple packages?
Orders containing multiple products may occasionally be shipped in separate packages.
This usually happens when items are prepared at different times or are packed separately to ensure faster shipping and better protection during international transit.
If your order is split into multiple shipments, you'll receive tracking information for each package.
Are the product photos accurate?
We do our best to display product photos as accurately as possible.
However, slight differences in color may occur due to monitor settings, lighting conditions, or photography.
